Business management
The business management of the Agency is defined in a Regulation where the organization chart is included. This Regulation has been issued, after the deliberation of the Council of Ministers and after having heard the State Council, by the President of Republic. It is based on the proposal of the Ministry of Infrastructures and Transports and has been shared between the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Reform and Innovations in the Public Administration.Organization chart of the Agency
